This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

1. Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Social media management
  • Online advertising management
  • Content creation
  • Local online visibility and promotion

Services are provided on a monthly basis as agreed with the Client.

2. Term

This Agreement begins on the start date of service and continues on a month-to-month basis, unless terminated by either party in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Payments are due in advance of each service period.
  • Payment methods may include card present, manual card entry (MOTO), invoice, or payment link.
  • The Client authorises the Service Provider to charge the agreed payment method for recurring services.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Client acknowledges that marketing results may vary.

The Service Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes, sales, revenue, or performance results.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, branding materials, and timely approvals
  • Comply with advertising platform policies
  • Respond to reasonable requests necessary for service delivery

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days written notice.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as stated in the Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy outlined in Section 9.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia
